I’ve shared a lot on the importance of self care and for one main reason … it’s just that important! I know you’re busy. I know you have a crazy life. I know, trust me, I know. Is it hard to remember to take care of yourself sometimes, yes. But none of that diminishes the importance of the act of self care.
So many people tell me “I don’t have time.” This is such a common theme with my private coaching clients. Time. It seems so arbitrary right. Can you measure it? Can you manage it? My very super simple answer is … wait for it … No! Don’t worry because I’m going to explain what I mean by that next.

You can find information circulating anywhere about the pros and cons of taking a vitamin supplement. I’ve read tons of articles supporting both sides of that argument. Unfortunately, the truth is, if you are not taking a vitamin supplement then your body is lacking in nutrients to function, and if you are taking a vitamin supplement it’s possible it’s not actually doing you the good it should.
