I’ve shared a lot on the importance of self care and for one main reason … it’s just that important! I know you’re busy. I know you have a crazy life. I know, trust me, I know. Is it hard to remember to take care of yourself sometimes, yes. But none of that diminishes the importance of the act of self care.
Some people relate to stories so I could share story after story of those who choose to invest in themselves with my holistic health coaching program.
Other people relate to numbers so I could share self-reported improvement numbers, numbers of clients I’ve personally helped, numbers of other people my clients have helped, and so on.
Other people love having an accountability connection to help keep them on track to their goals so I could share the hundreds of people who are involved in my private VIP community supporting each other.
I could share so much of the positive but the fact is that unless you’re open to making that step and make that investment in yourself then sharing all the good things that could happen for you isn’t going to get you started.
My goal is to help as many people as I can transform their lifestyles into natural, holistic, financially free, and joyful lives.
To do that I have to at least get you started on the right path.
So, I want to share a list (for all the list-loving folks out there!).
Self Care Practices
Here is a list of simple self care practices that you can implement to improve your mind and body.
- Stop complaining!
- Read (positive material)! Try Audible and Get Two Free Audiobooks
- Move your body!
- Feed your body organic and natural ingredients!
- Help someone else!
Doing one of those or all of those won’t necessarily correct what you see as the problem, but it’s a step to get your mind and soul in the right direction!
