INGREDIENTS:

1 cup chopped walnuts

1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1/2 cup coconut flour

1/8 teaspoon salt

3 drop doTERRA CPTG Cinnamon essential oil

2 drops doTERRA CPTG Cardamom essential oil

1/3 cup butter or coconut oil, melted

2 pounds apples, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup dried unsweetened cranberries

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

2 tablespoons orange juice

 

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375F. In a bowl, combine walnuts, coconut, coconut flour, salt, and essential oils. Mix. Add melted butter or coconut oil and mix. Set aside.

In a bowl, combine honey or maple syrup and orange juice and mix. Put apples and cranberries in a baking dish. Pour the honey/syrup and orange juice mix over apples/cranberries. Top with walnut mixture.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the apples are tender. Serve warm.
